At i Truly Adorn You, every candle is created with care and prayerful intention. We want your experience to be just as beautiful as the light you bring into your home. Please review the following details about our shipping and return policies.

Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each candle is hand-poured and many are customized or made for special occasions, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@itrulyadornyou.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Candles that have been lit or used

  • Personalized or custom candle

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once confirmed, please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
