At i Truly Adorn You, every candle and fragrance is created with care and prayerful intention. We want your experience to be just as beautiful as the fragrance you bring into your home. Please review the following details about our return and refund policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles and fragrances, and because many items are made for special occasions or personalized, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@itrulyadornyou.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Candles that have been lit or used

  • Personalized or custom candles

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
